Authorities believe a West New York man flew to Chicago to enforce a “Sex Slave Contract” they said was signed by both him and a child victim.
Eric Duprey, 35, kept the contract in his nightstand, the FBI said.
He was arrested Wednesday by FBI agents and West New York police at his Jefferson Street home off 61st Street, the bureau said in a news release.
He remains in federal custody, charged with traveling in interstate commerce for the purpose of illicit sexual consent with a minor and possession of child pornography.
Besides the contract, dated April 1, agents said they found airline ticket stubs and a travel itinerary for travel between Newark and Chicago from April 1 to April 4.
