Manhattan partiers beware!
In case you hadn’t heard, the Holland Tunnel into New Jersey began early morning closings this past weekend that will continue every weekend until the fall, as part of a repaving project.
All traffic heading from Manhattan to Hoboken/Jersey City will be diverted to the Lincoln Tunnel from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday until the $5.5 million project is done.
The roads approaching the tunnel will continue to be repaved weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The only breaks will be on holidays and bad-weather days.
